One of the things I love most about working with Pollardi is the way they allow us to be part of the custom-change process from start to finish.

With this Pollardi Shiver wedding dress, we were able to see photos throughout the production process. First, they sent images of the bodice being created, showing the measurements, structure and tape measure details. Then, as the gown progressed, we received more photos with the skirt attached.

This is such a special part of the experience because I get to share these updates with my bride. She can see her dress coming to life, and it gives both of us confidence that we are on the same page before the gown even arrives in store.

For a bride, this is incredibly exciting. She gets to feel involved in the creation of her wedding dress, and I get peace of mind knowing that the custom changes are being followed correctly.

Why Production Photos Matter

The best part is that if something needs to be adjusted while the dress is still in production, it can be discussed before the gown is finished.

Once the dress arrives in Australia, any further changes become part of the alterations process. But because my brides are able to see the progress photos beforehand, they are usually already very happy and reassured.

I have had many Pollardi gowns made with custom design changes, and not one has been a disappointment to my brides.
